As a Health and Wellness Coach, I help you zero in on your TOP wellness prioritiesdial in your behaviors, and get the results you've been longing for.

My job as your coach is help you design and act on a plan for a healthier life in any of the 7 pillars of health:

Because we all know deep down that if we ignore our health and lifestyle factors now then we'll likely pay the price later.

A few years ago, in my forties, I traveled to the NIH to participate in a neuroendocrine cancer study. A neuroendocrine tumor was the reason that my amazing and beloved dad passed away before his time. The study was to collect genetic markers in our family, as well as to test for any presence of the disease.


Thankfully, everything came back normal. But the experience jumpstarted me to dial in my health and wellness.  With the guidance of a coach and the input of my doctor, I built a customized lifestyle plan that supports my health. ...while giving myself the best outcomes possible if I had inherited a genetic predisposition for developing this type of cancer in the future.

That was also when I traded my speech pathology career path for becoming a health and wellness coach.


Today, I am passionate about helping clients upskill their wellness habits so they can feel better NOW and avoid dysfunction and disease LATER.

Meet either online or in person as agreed upon. Wellness coaching meets each client as a whole person to empower their development of focus, motivation, energy, and skills to make effective choices and sustained efforts toward well-being.
